Sunshine and swimming togs

My favourite thing to do in summer is going to the beach and swimming around in the water. I like playing in the sand and making sandcastles. I like to play with my friends at the beach and have fun with them. I like to play in the sun and go shopping. I like going for play dates at my friends house. I like the summer holidays because it is so fun and I like it because I can sleep in as long as I want.

Kapa Haka Culturol festival

Kapa Haka have been practising for kaikohekohe cultural festival day. We have been singing Toia mai, Te pou, Taiamai e, Rerenga waira, ka kata nga puririo Taiamai, & Nga puawai o ngapuhi. We had so lovely teachers called Dwayne, Mrs Clarke, & Matua Ken. I feel nervous and excited for the Kapa haka festival. Here is a phote of me by the pou for kapa haka.
