Last week, my class was doing a hangi. We had some help from our school's care taker Matua Ken and a dad. They dug the hole, putting the iron and rocks in and out of the hole. What a lot of hard mahi that was! My whole class loved the food after it was done. We all enjoyed the hangi and we loved having to watch and getting some more experience for when we get older.
